User Accounts
To access some features of our Services, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Payment and Fees
We offer both fixed-price packages and custom pricing options based on the scope of work. Payment terms will be outlined in the proposal or contract for each project, including:
- Payment due dates
- Payment methods (credit card, bank transfer, etc.)
- Deposits or initial payments
- Late payment penalties: A late fee of 3% will be applied for late payments
We also accept payments via credit cards, bank transfers, and in some cases, cryptocurrencies. Failure to make payments on time may result in suspension of Services.
Contract and Scope of Work
Upon agreeing to our Services, we will provide a detailed contract outlining the following:
- Project scope and deliverables
- Timelines and milestones
- Payment terms and schedule
- Client responsibilities
- Intellectual property rights
- Confidentiality agreement
- Termination clause
Changes to Scope
If additional work is required outside the original scope of the contract, a new agreement or amendment will be created. We will outline the additional costs and revised deadlines before proceeding with any changes.
Data Cancellation and Termination
Client Cancellation: You may cancel our Services at any time by giving 15-days written notice. However, all outstanding fees for delivered Services must be paid in full prior to cancellation.
Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Services if you:
- Fail to make timely payments
- Engage in unethical or illegal activities
- Fail to provide necessary cooperation or materials
- Abuse our Services
Upon termination, all outstanding fees for Services delivered will still be due.
Order Cancellation Policy
- Before Work Begins: Full refund upon written notice.
- After Work Has Started: Refund after deducting completed work value.
- Mid-Month Cancellations: No refund for remaining days in monthly plans.
- Client-Initiated Project Termination: No refunds will be processed.
Support and Maintenance
We offer ongoing support and maintenance for an additional fee. Includes updates, troubleshooting, and optimization. Standard response time is 12 hours. Priority support can be arranged under a separate contract. Issues caused by third parties may incur extra charges.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide necessary information, materials, and feedback on time
- Ensure legal compliance in their business/industry
- Stick to project timelines
Data Privacy and Protection
We follow GDPR, CCPA, and other regulations. Your data is handled securely and never misused. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
Meetings and No-Show Policy
Meetings must be attended on time. Missed meetings without notice will be canceled. Rescheduling depends on our availability.
Intellectual Property
All work remains our property until full payment is received. After payment, ownership transfers to you. Third-party software/tools are governed by their own licenses.
Intellectual Property for Third-Party Tools
Third-party tools used in your project remain the property of their original owners. Licensing or renewal fees are your responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep all sensitive or business-related information confidential. This applies even after contract termination.
Warranties and Disclaimers
We deliver services professionally but do not guarantee revenue or traffic results. We’re not liable for AI-generated errors or any tools used by third-party providers.
Limitation of Liability
- We’re not responsible for indirect or incidental damages
- We’re not liable for lost revenue, profits, or data
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms follow the laws of Pakistan. Disputes will be settled through negotiation, or in the courts of Pakistan if needed.
Force Majeure
We’re not responsible for delays due to events beyond our control like natural disasters, strikes, or technical issues.
Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” You are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
